Alex Smythe was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale and has in-depth knowledge of Broward County. Alex graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. Alex's background in marketing enables him to use unique strategies to successfully market real estate for clients. Alex believes his strong work ethic and keen eye for detail are the keys to his success. Alex believes it is important to create and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Alex is a competitive tennis player and a scratch golfer. He has played nearly every golf course in South Florida and has extensive golf knowledge.

Fun fact: Alex won the “Dead Ringer Look-A-Like Contest” and his picture hangs in every Moe’s Southwest Grill nationwide.

Alex is a member of the Realtor Association of Fort Lauderdale. He supports many non-profit organizations including Relay for Life, The Humane Society and Habitat for Humanity.
