Nadiya was born in British Guyana, South America. English is her first language, but she speaks, reads and writes Spanish fluently. She graduated B. SC (magna cum laude) in Puerto Rico and has since lived in New York, California, New Jersey and now Florida. She started her career with Coldwell Banker then together with her husband Arvid they had their own Real Estate Company. She has found sales to be very challenging and exciting a career.
She loves direct contact with people and truly believes that one of her strongest assets is her people skills.
She lives in the Las Olas Grand together with her husband Arvid and they work as a team. Nadiya and Arvid also are developing condos and selling lots in Eleuthera, an out-island in the Bahamas.
